Today, during a livestream from Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix revealed new gameplay and details about the upcoming game Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Infinity Strash. We learn that there are two gameplay modes available, Story Mode and “Original Dungeon: Temple of Memory.” The story mode follows the first 42 episodes of the anime series. Interestingly, the characters who change jobs and weapons in the anime also do so in the game....

With Dying Light 2 just weeks away now, developer Techland has revealed those purchasing the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions of the game will be entitled to free PS5 and Xbox Series X/S upgrades respectively, should they require them at a later date. Techland is yet to detail the precise enhancements PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S owners can expect when Dying Light 2 launches early next month, but it has now referenced them in more general terms in two new “Modes Presentation” trailers, outlining the three different visual modes selectable on new-gen platforms....

With the launch of Dying Light 2, Techland is now ready to roll out even more content for the post-apocalyptic parkour adventure. In fact, the team has stated that it will be supporting the game for at least five years, and everything begins with the first free DLC. Players of Dying Light 2 will be getting the free Authority Pack DLC, which is all about the Peacekeeper faction. The DLC will include both an armor set as well as a weapon themed around the law-keepers, and it is distinctly different from what you would find the Survivors wearing in the game....

As far as game marketing is concerned, it is really tough to top a fantastic trailer. EA has said it is launching a “throrough investigation” after it’s been alledged that an employee has been selling ultra rare FIFA 21 Ultimate Team cards on the black market for cash. Despite having found success with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, EA’s track record with the Star Wars IP hasn’t been that bright.
