Five Nights at Freddy’s 4: The Final Chapter will release on October 31, 2015, developer Scott Cawthon has announced. There’s no info to go on other than an announcement image, which features nightmarish animatronic Freddy tipping his hat. Freddy’s 3 launched back in March, only four months after the second game hit Steam. Amazingly the first game only hit Steam on August 18 last year. Bigger things are coming for Freddy though, with a feature film planned by Warner Bros....

At the Gamescom Opening Night Live event, a new gameplay trailer was unveiled for Disintegration, the first game from developer V1 Interactive that was founded by Halo co-creator Marcus Lehto. Dota 2‘s slow trickle of new heroes continues, with the long-expected Mars apparently due to join the roster in roughly a month. Mars was teased back at The International 2018 alongside the release of Grimstroke. At the time, the hero was “coming this winter.” This may actually be accurate, as winter technically doesn’t end until late March. Development on BioWare’s next big Dragon Age game is going well, and it should see release in the next 18 months. That’s according to a fresh report on the game’s production by Venturebeat journalist Jeff Grubb, which pegged its release to late 2023. Last month, reports appeared to rule out a 2022 release for the new Dragon Age, something which had - once upon a time - originally been on the cards....

Picking up Dungeons &. Dragons for the first time can be as nerve-wracking as it is fun, but sooner or later, it dawns on players that once they’ve made their character, they’ve got to pretend to be that character for multi-hour sessions indefinitely. Inhibitors are perhaps the most important resource you can find in Dying Light 2. You’ll start incredibly weak, and with very little health, and considering you’re going up against hordes of infected and vicious human bandits alike, it’s a really good idea to increase your health and stamina as quickly as possible. This is done through obtaining special Inhibitors, scattered around the open world of Dying Light 2. For every three Inhibitors you procure, you’ll be able to upgrade either your health or stamina attributes by one point, forever granting protagonist Aiden a nice boost for either category....

EDF 4.1 was originally a PS4-only remaster of Earth Defense Force 2025, which included a new expansion, improved graphics, some rejigged missions, and various other changes. Back in April, a trailer for the forthcoming Sonic the Hedgehog movie officially revealed the titular character’s design, and indeed fan response was markedly negative. That said, however bad fans believed Sonic’s original movie design to be, its failings are nothing when compared to a gruesome Sonic-inspired sight that was seen on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live, which marked Eddie Murphy’s return to the show after a 35 year absence....

Eddy Gordo is back for Tekken 7, and has a new trailer and everything. He’s decked out in leopard print and looking for revenge. Watch the trailer below for evidence. Eddy tends to divide opinion with Tekken players, as he has a reputation for spamming (i.e. even if you don’t know what you’re doing you can button mash attack and probably do alright). But either way he’s in the game now, so fill your boots....
