After Ninja’s surprise deal with streaming platform Mixer, Dr Disrespect claims to know exactly what kind of deal was agreed to and has also become the number one streamer on Twitch. Several studios working with former Planescape: Torment and Fallout: New Vegas writer Chris Avellone have released statements over the last 24 hours addressing their working relationship with the writer after he was accused of sexual harassment (as reported by Gamasutra) in a series of posts on social media over the weekend. As spotted by Eurogamer – Dying Light 2 developer Techland said in a statement posted to Twitter that it had parted ways with the writer, saying ‘We treat matters of sexual harassment and disrespect with utmost care, and have no tolerance for such behaviours – it applies to both our employees as well as external consultants, Chris among them....

Irrational Games’ latest title was not absent from this year’s E3. BioShock: Infinite was in attendance, if maybe overshadowed by the numerous other AAA titles that were also on display. Developed by Wright Flyer Studios in conjunction with Square Enix, Echoes of Mana is a brand new mobile game based on the Mana JRPG series that’s just been released this past week. The game features plenty of characters across the Mana series, and is free-to-play, though you can expect there to be plenty of in-game purchases and a gacha system to boot. Since the game’s launch, Echoes of Mana has seen over one million downloads, which is honestly a pretty impressive number considering that the Mana series has always been rather niche....

During the Future Games Show Spring Showcase, Frontier Developments treated fans to a look at the Apex Interstellar shuttle service coming to Elite Dangerous: Odyssey. For a fee, players will be able to hop into a space taxi and catch a ride to another planet. Turtle Rock has ended support for troubled online shooter Evolve. The game transitioned to a free-to-play model just three months ago but, by the sounds of it, hasn’t been successful enough to convince publisher 2K to continue its investment. “It’s always hard to leave one of our games behind,” studio co-founders Phil Robb and Chris Ashton wrote on the game’s forum. “Left4Dead was no different and now it’s Evolve’s turn.
