Fans of Magic: The Gathering Arena have been tethered to their computers since the game was released in 2018, but it looks like that’s about to change. Today, Hasbro announced that it is releasing Magic: The Gathering Arena on mobile sometime in 2020. The announcement came by way of Hasbro Chairman and CEO Brian Goldner. Goldner made the announcement in today’s 2019 earnings call with investors. He said that more information would be available soon, and that the full rollout for mobile platforms would be announced at this year’s New York Toy Fair, an industry trade show....

SNK’s classic fighting series Fatal Fury is getting a new entry. Announced this weekend during Evo 2022, the as-yet untitled new Fatal Fury game will be the first for more than two decades. “New Fatal Fury / Garou is green-lit!” a teaser video proclaimed, alongside a glimpse of fresh artwork. Football Manager 2016 will launch on PC and Mac on November 13, Sports Interactive has announced. Ubisoft’s medieval slaughter simulator For Honor has surpassed a player base of 7.5 million, Ubisoft confirmed during a recent earnings call. In addition, the multiplayer-focused action game now boasts an impressive one million unique players per month. Arkane Studios founder Raphael Colantonio left the game company in 2017, saying that he wanted to spend time with his family and “reflect on what is important.” Now, he is re-entering the game industry two years later, partnering with Arkane Studios veteran Julien Roby to create a new game company called WolfEye Studios.
