Earlier this week, popular Twitch streamer Herschel “Dr Disrespect” Beahm IV commented on the possibility of moving his brand to Microsoft’s live streaming platform Mixer. Any game that adapts Dragon Ball Z’s entire story is going to have to make some comprises. Ignoring that Dragon Ball in its entirety is a 42 volume manga, that’s still 26 volumes of content the game has to adapt– and it does cut corners. Making DBZ into an RPG is equally as troubling considering the series has never had a consistently active cast. News about the fate of the long-in-gestation Dying Light 2 may finally be on the way after developer Techland put out a statement responding to the departure of one of its longest-serving employees. Pawel Selinger was a Narration Designer at the Polish studio until revealing on his LinkedIn page that he had left the company after 22 years. The news was picked up by several outlets with many putting him as the lead writer of the game following the departure of Chris Avellone after his dismissal last summer amidst reports of sexual harrassment....

Earlier today, we got word from developer Techland that Dying Light 2 Stay Human has been delayed. Originally scheduled for December 7 this year, the game’s new release date is February 4, 2022.
