Aniplex just announced a game from the Fate series on the Nintendo Switch, and it’s probably not what you think it is. The game is called Mainichi ♪ Emiya-san Chi no Kyou no Gohan, or Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family. It’s based on a spin-off of Type-Moon’s Fate/stay night series where all the characters are put into daily life situations. This is a bit removed from the original series that features an intense and deadly tournament called the Holy Grail War that allows the victor to have their wish granted....

Far Cry 6 will see actor Giancarlo Esposito playing the role of its big bad, according to a now-deleted article from GameReactor UK. In an interview with Collider, Esposito teased that he had recently been involved with a “huge” video game. FIFA 17 will feature a story mode that follows the journey of a fictional footballer, a leaked trailer has revealed. The trailer shows various cutscenes from the unrevealed mode and introduces fictional Manchester United player Alex Hunter as the lead protagonist. On August 6th, Valve released the much-anticipated Immortal Treasure 3 for those with the International 2019 Battle Pass. Dota 2 has received its first major Battle Pass update. We’ve now got access to the second Immortal Treasure of cosmetics, as well as this year’s special annual mode. Not only that but we’ve already surpassed the prize pool goal, with Valve offering up 10 free Battle Pass levels as a result. I’m not sure which is bigger – a new gameplay mode, or a slew of new hats – but we’ll go with the hats first....

It’s been a busy week for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Not only has the publisher Bandai Namco revealed nearly 12 minutes of Super Saiyan 2 Gohan vs. Cell gameplay, but it has revealed screenshots of Trunks, a trailer for Gohan outside of the aforementioned battle, and the original character, Bonyu. It seems Bandai Namco isn’t one to rest on its laurels, however, as it has since released a slew of new screenshots showing off Gohan, Cell, and a couple of the Androids....
