Change can sometimes be unnecessary, resulting in a product that no longer captures what made something great once. This is not the case with Dragon Age 2. The second in BioWare’s fantasy-set RPG series goes through a few changes that make the game incredibly fun and accessible to new and old players of the franchise. Dragon Age 2 tells the story of Hawke, the acclaimed Champion of Kirkwall. The entire story of the game has already passed, but is presented to the player in a framed narrative, a story within a story so to speak....

Some games garner attention by taking one game type and mixing it with something you wouldn’t expect, leading to crazy combinations. Fight Knight does the same, albeit with an even wilder mix than most others. To put it simply, the game is basically what you’d get if you took a grid-based dungeon crawler, removed the turn-based battles and RPG mechanics, and replaced them with Punch-Out. Square Enix recently uploaded a video to YouTube featuring All Elite Wrestling star Kenny Omega interviewing game producer Yoshinori Kitase, who was the director of the original Final Fantasy 7 and is serving as producer of the upcoming Final Fantasy 7 Remake. During the interview, Omega asked some questions about other Square Enix franchises, asking Kitase directly about the dormant survival-horror/action-RPG series Parasite Eve. During the interview, Omega pointed out how Kitase was a producer for the PSP game The 3rd Birthday, which launched all the way back in 2010 as a PSP exclusive....

A mobile edition of Final Fantasy VII is now available for iOS devices from the App Store priced £11.99, Square Enix has announced.
