Dr Disrespect has some choice words for World of Warcraft: Classic streamers following rise in viewership of content creators like Asmondgold, showing concern for the future of Twitch due to the MMO’s rise in popularity. In his over the top, bombastic style, Dr Disrespect seemed to both mock World of Warcraft for, of all, things, the objectives of playing the game. Grinding to hit the level cap of 60 is apparently a useless endeavor, he states, asking what the point of it all is, since there is no prize to be won following one’s efforts....

This is a brand new online mode with tons of new match rules for players to try out, and if you can survive long enough you will end up in an 8-on-8 tournament. EA has responded to criticism aimed at recent changes made to FIFA 15 Ultimate Team. The publisher implemented new price ranges for all players in Ultimate Team earlier this month in an effort to restrict illegal coin sellers and farmers, but the move was met with harsh criticism by many Ultimate Team fans. Today’s blog post, however, explains the publisher’s reason for introducing the changes, citing the desire for a level playing field for both novice and hardcore players alike....

Update: EB Games has clarified that Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will not be coming to the Nintendo Switch (via IGN). It’s possible that the Nintendo Switch will be receiving another Street Fighter game, as a deleted tweet from EB Games Canada claimed that Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is coming to the Nintendo Switch in the future. Street Fighter V was initially released for PC and PlayStation 4 in a state that can charitably be referred to as bare-bones....

Today Square Enix had news and a new trailer to share of the upcoming Mana mobile game Echoes of Mana. First of all, we learn that the release date is set. The game will begin service on April 27, just a few days away. On top of that, pre-registrations have passed one million, which is certainly a good number. Sites of Grace locations are a warm refuge in Elden Ring, and they’re everywhere in the Lands Between. Appearing as a ray of light above a mound of soil, a Lost Grace that is touched transforms into a Site of Grace. These act as checkpoints where you can respawn upon death, level up, upgrade flasks with Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears, mix Wondrous Physick, memorise spells and other options. Some Sites of Grace will also emit rays pointing you towards the critical path - useful if you don’t want to follow a walkthrough....

Since QuakeCon this year, Bethesda has made it clear that it wants mod support for Fallout 76. The plan was to allow player-created mods for its online game sometime after launch. Just how long? Well, we didn’t know… until today. And you’re not going to like the answer. Speaking to GameSpot, Bethesda marketing guru Pete Hines revealed that mods could be a year away from November, at least. Without offering a direct quote, GameSpot mentioned that Hines said mods may not be fully supported until at least November 2019....

Today, it was confirmed that the upcoming atmospheric seafaring puzzle game, FAR: Changing Tides, is releasing next month, March 1, 2022. Just like its predecessor, FAR: Lone Sails, is once again being developed by Okomotive. After the announcement trailer offered more questions than answers, the cover art for Far Cry 5 has been released, bringing with it the world’s first look at the main antagonist and cast of characters. It seems that the claims from a reddit post where an anonymous user disclosed details about Far Cry 5 that they claimed to have garnered from a focus group in 2016 are mostly true - the game is set in Montana, and the villains appear to be religious fanatics....
