UK studio Fire Panda has released a trio of Studio Ghibli VR demos based on scenes from Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro and Howl’s Moving Castle. In the Spirited Away demo players enter The Boiler Room of the film’s bath house. The demo captures the same 2D art style of the film and also includes the cute soot sprites. My Neighbour Totoro is set at the bus stop, with players able to wait for the bus alongside Totoro, though you can’t actually board the bus....

Today Bethesda had an announcement to share that will certainly please Fallout 4 fans who have a gaming PC, a PS5, or an Xbox Series X or S. While celebrating the 25th anniversary of the franchise, the developer revealed that it’ll release a “next-gen update” for the new consoles and Windows in 2023. Regardless of the fact that it’s about time that we start calling the current generation by its name, as it hasn’t been “next” for years now, the update will include “performance mode features for high frame rates, quality features for 4K resolution gameplay, bug fixes and even bonus Creation Club content....

As reported by Variety, Purnell will be taking on a currently unspecified lead role in the upcoming series. Developer Iron Galaxy Studios has revealed that ex-Bungie director, known as DeeJ, has joined the team. DeeJ’s departure from Bungie was a pretty high profile one, and it’s now clear where he’ll land. He has a broadly similar job title to what he had at Bungie, and has been brought to Iron Galaxy Studios to work on a new IP. This is a pretty major development for Iron Galaxy Studios. Don Bradman Cricket 14 for PS4 and Xbox One will launch in the UK on February 13, one day later than its debut in Australia and New Zealand, HES has announced. BioWare General Manager, Ray Muzyka, has revealed that the troubled piece of Dragon Age: Origins DLC - ‘Return to Ostagar’ will finally be available for all platforms next week. Speaking to GamerZines he said: “We have a big investment planned for Dragon Age with more DLC coming in the next week or so.” The content pack was originally slated for release during the holidays, but was pushed back to January 5th where it was delayed again....

BioWare was working on a version of Dragon Age 4 that featured spies and heists, according to a new report from Kotaku.
