Enormously popular streamer DrDisrespect, aka Guy Beahm, has settled his legal dispute with Twitch, with neither party admitting to any wrongdoing. The whole, strange - and still largely mysterious - saga began in the summer of 2020, when Beahm was permanently banned from Twitch for reasons unknown, despite being a year into a two-year exclusivity contract with the company. For a long time, Beahm maintained he hadn’t been informed of the reason for his ban, but that changed last August when he announced he was launching legal action against Twitch....

Dune: Spice Wars will be added to PC Game Pass “soon”, Xbox has announced. Following from yesterday’s blog post revealing the November line-up forXbox Game Pass, the addition of Dune: Spice Wars was revealed yesterday as part of Paris Games Week. Dune: Spice Wars is currently in early access, and its latest update back in June added plenty of key features including multiplayer on dedicated servers and peer-to-peer connections. Xbox has not confirmed when Dune: Spice Wars will be available other than stating we can expect it “soon”....

An Elden Ring player has accidentally stumbled on an unknown - and invisible - boss thanks to a randomiser mod. YouTuber MythyMoo used an item and boss randomiser mod that mixes up the placement of acquired items and bosses, which can massively impact the difficulty of a run. The mod also mixes up the names of each boss. Except, as PCGamesN reports, things took a turn when MythyMoo arrived in the Consecrated Snowfield, an area with various field bosses....

Elden Ring boss Radahn was accidentally nerfed in a patch, but now he’s back to full strength. FromSoftware’s previous patch for the game added new features like NPC icons and quests, as well as balance changes. But nerfing the infamous boss Starscourge Radahn was unintentional. PC Gamers will have to wait a little longer than expected to get their hands on the much anticipated Fable III. Day one of E3 2019 was a veritable cornucopia of nostalgia. Nintendo excited us all with titles like Luigi’s Mansion 3, The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, and Pokemon Sword and Shield. And Yu Suzuki showed off Shenmue III, which, in ways good and bad, feels a lot like its Dreamcast predecessors. But the biggest shot of nostalgia was getting hands-on time with Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII Remake. Despite the game offering a ton of new gameplay mechanics, visual upgrades, and expansions in storytelling, the thing sticks in your mind during the 15-minute (or so) demo is, “Man…it really feels like Final Fantasy VII,” which is about as positive a reaction as you could hope for....
