This catchy jingle was written with the intention of convincing people The Witcher is a great guy who they should all respect. It’s certainly been a success with the show’s fans, who can’t get enough of the song, which is guaranteed to remain in your head for a long time.
Now fans have a new way to get their fix of the bard’s inspired ditty, thanks to vibrant musical workout game Beat Saber. Jaskier will keep you entertained as you wave around the titles flashy lightsaber style controllers in time to the beat.
If you can’t get the song out of your head, now you can enjoy the advantages of getting fit via VR at the same time. For those of us who don’t own Beat Saber, we can get a little fix of the bard by watching the video below, thanks to Reddit.
There hasn’t been this much discussion about a gaming-related song since Rockstar released the Red Dead Redemption 2 soundtrack, without “The House Building Song” on it.
It’s been such a runaway hit that game modder hub997 has released a mod that patches it into the game. With all this love being shown to the ballad it’s surely only a matter of time before we see it dominate the music scene.
While the tune is yet to hit mainstream music streaming services, Soundcloud has you covered with the song available to listen to on a loop. The tune was composed and produced by the talented Sonya Belousova and Giona Ostinelli, who are the team behind all the show’s music, including the beautiful main theme.
If you want to stick to the original, The Witcher Season 1 is currently available to stream on Netflix, with a second season said to be following in 2021.
