The FIFA 20 cover stars have been revealed: Real Madrid attacker Eden Hazard takes centre stage on the standard edition box, and Liverpool centre back Virgil van Dijk soaks up the spotlight on the Champions Edition box. The FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition cover star is ‘coming soon,’ apparently. It’d be amazing to see Megan Rapinoe on the box, but perhaps they’ll pull a madness and pick Luther Blissett.
FIFA 20 will release on September 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The Legacy Edition will arrive on Nintendo Switch on the same date.
The latest addition to the football franchise offers new features that sets it apart from the previous iterations, because of course it does. The Set Piece Rewrite gives greater control in free kicks and penalties, and the new physics driven ball movement and tighter gameplay in one-on-one attacking will show off a more authentic football experience. At least that’s what EA is saying.
