Fifa 16 Was The Best Selling Game Last Year

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Fallout 4 and Star Wars: Battlefront all finished in second, third and fourth respectively, with each of them having sold over 1 million physical units within the UK.

Over 28 million physical games were sold in the UK in total.

The retailer’s report also suggests that Grand Theft Auto V was the fourth best-selling game of the year, with FIFA 15 in at No.5. Sales data is said to have been recorded between January 1, 2015 – December 13, 2015.

It isn’t yet known which game came out on top in the UK across all retailers.

Black Ops 3, meanwhile, continues to dominate the top of the weekly UK charts, holding on to the top spot for four weeks in a row to become the first No.1 of 2016.
