EA Sports has revealed the list of fan-voted FIFA 15 Ultimate Team In-Form cards, which will be available from 6pm today.

The 12-player list was revealed on Twitter:

EA also recently unveiled that Jordan Henderson will be the co-cover athlete of FIFA 16, something which caused quite a stir amongst fans.
