A new trailer for Platinum Games’ Transformers Devastation has been released by Activision offering a better look at how the action title will play.
As you might expect, combat offers a blend of robot man and vehicle attacks, either on the ground or in the air depending on which Transformer you’re in control of.
You’ll see a range of classic characters in the trailer, too, including Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Megatron. You even see multiple Optimus Primes on screen at once, indicating some form of multiplayer is afoot.
Platinum Games’ involvement makes us pretty excited about this, but we’ll have to wait and see if this is the great action game the Generation 1 Transformers deserve.
