Doom will launch for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on May 13, Bethesda and id Software have announced.
The game will feature a single-player campaign, multiplayer modes, and map editor SnapMap. Check out the brand new campaign trailer below.
Created in conjunction with TriForce, a premium Collector’s Edition of Doom will also be launched worldwide at participating retailers. For £99.99 fans will get a 12″ tall collector’s statue of the Revenant, which stands on an LED-lit base with internal, slow-spinning turbine from the UAC facility on Mars. The Doom collector’s edition also includes a copy of the game packaged in a “battle-worthy” metal case.
Furthermore, pre-order the regular or collector’s edition and you’ll receive the Demon Multiplayer Pack which contains a demon armour set with three skin variations, six metallic paint colours and three id logo patterns that can be applied to weapons and armour, plus a set of six Hack Modules – one-time consumable items that can give you an edge in a multiplayer match.
